you should always honour the time you’ve taken to exercise the mind and body God gave you. However, if you are more than 5 minutes late for a class session, you will not be able to attend the class or make up the class in the future.

To cancel a session with full refund or rescheduling opportunities, the session must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session date and time.
