Adopting new fitness habits is difficult and often ends in failure. Our goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes part of who you are, not just something you do.
This course is designed to give you hands-on, practical skills to learn how to lead groups of people through a fitness class. Utilization of various equipment, musicality and managing group dynamics are just some of the skills you will develop and be able to immediately implement after the course.
